Carol was great! I have never had so little to do when returning from a trip! The cats were happy, no messes (that's a big thing with my cats!) and it was wonderful to know they were so well cared for. Carol was very communicative and went the extra mile. I will definitely ask her to sit again.
Nicole is the best!! She showed up when we needed her the most. We had to leave to haul supplies to Asheville but our cat didn’t come home the night before. Madison was wonderful. She kept me updated with photos and reports while I was away. My trip was last minute and Madison came to the rescue. Madison also went above and beyond, replaced the batteries for my keyless entry and spent some extra time when she felt our Jojo needed the attention!! Hope Madison is available next time we have to go away.
