Dog Boarding in Shallotte

Lara was great with our little guy Socks. I felt very comfortable with him being with her and her family. I will be looking for her availability in the future!

Winston had an awesome time at Danielle and Jeremy’s. He was clearly very well cared for and happy as can be. They were great about sending pics throughout the week. We hope to use them every time we visit the area if possible.

Kyle was available for a last minute drop off and was so flexible and understanding!

Katelynn was wonderful. Very patient as this was our first time using Rover. Layla was well-cared for and the updates with photos made the whole process much less stressful. We will happily look to rebook when our next trip comes up!

Laura and Elijah are great! They took care of my elderly special needs dog while I was at a beach house that doesn’t allow pets. They took great care of her, sent regular updates, were flexible about pickup and drop off, and are just nice folks!

This was the first time we used Rover and Aunna. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. She was very knowledgeable of animals and just the best person we could ask for with our dogs. We have two full grown labs and they were immediately at home with Aunna. She sent regular updates and photos of our dogs. Her property is a dogs dream. Thank you for looking after our pups, and we will definitely be using her services again. Highly recommend. She is right near Holden beach and oak island and perfect if you vacation and have pets.

Again, another wonderful experience with the sitter. Donna. They truly treat him like he's one of their own. Unless she was unavailable I would not use anyone else. Teddy just loves his adventures with Donna and family.

Abigal was terrific! She was very helpful taking Dakota on short notice. She treated Dakota like she was part of her family. I know she had a lot going on, but I felt like she made Dakota her top priority. I received messages and pictures. Thank you for everything! Dakota will miss you. We will definitely use again. John was amazing with my two dogs! One of my pups can be a handful, but he was in great hands with John. My other pup is a total belly-rub fanatic, and she got all the love she could ask for. Highly recommend John—he clearly cares about the dogs he watches! I would use John again in a heartbeat!

Stella provided excellent care for my babies. She was kind, caring and stayed in touch with us during our entire trip. That extra effort made leaving our babies behind so much easier. We couldn't have asked for better of care of our beagle! Van and Alicia followed all of our instructions about food and medicine, sent lots of pictures and updates, and even let Zoey sleep in their bed! We will definitely have them take care of her again.

Maegan was fantastic with our dog Sunnie! She sent me updates and photos so we could see that Sunnie was happy and comfortable. Her family was so loving to Sunnie and gave her all of the love and attention she is used to at home! We will definitely use Maegan again!!

Kaylah and her kids were great with our dogs. She sent pictures throughout the stay and even bought them bones. They were definitely active during the stay considering they came home and laid around all day.
