James was awesome! Friendly and very accommodating for both myself and Rufus on short notice, which was greatly appreciated. James kept me updated as to how Rufus was doing regularly by text, photos, and videos. Rufus seemed to be had a fun and relaxing weekend stay. This was Rufus's first encounter with James and as mentioned before James met with with a gentle warm heart. He will be visiting with James again in the very near future!
Caroline was great! We extended our trip by a day and she was very accommodating! She treated our girls just like her own and they were very very happy! We found our new doggy "nanny" from here on out!
