Kelsey came and walked our dog a couple times when we were away from home for an unusually extended period of time during the days. She was punctual and communication was excellent. Eliana is amazing!! I have a rescue dog with some difficult behavioral issues, and she was incredibly understanding and patient with him. He needs a little time to adjust to new people, and he's very reactive to seeing other dogs while outside, and she handled everything SO well. I also have an older dog who got an ear infection the morning we were leaving for our trip, and she was able to take care of his twice-daily ear drops even though he hates them. I get anxious about leaving my dogs, but Eliana is good with communication and gave me updates on how they were doing with their meds and everything. I highly recommend her and would definitely trust her again with future visits!
