Marilyn took very good care of our Golden Retriever for a week, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the get-go, Marilyn was communicative and accommodating, even setting up a meet and greet to ensure our pup would fit well into her energetic household. Her home is a high-energy environment, perfect for our dog, who loves playing non-stop. He quickly made friends. Marilyn’s kids are very sweet—separate love for them too—and were great with him, giving him plenty of socialization and mental stimulation. One notable challenge was getting our dog to eat his food since he is more into playing as he is a very young teen. Marilyn tried various strategies, including adding pumpkin, whipped cream, and shredded cheese—sweet of her, right? Her persistence paid off, and he eventually ate all his food without any bribes. Marilyn kept me updated with frequent photos and messages, reassuring me that our pup was having a great time. She was attentive to his needs, and my pup pulled all the mischief he could, like when he decided to pull a blanket into his crate while he was inside it, which was meant to cover it. We also forgot a piece of his crate, and Marilyn went out of her way to drop it off at our place. When our dog saw her, he went berserk with happy cries—he didn’t even greet me with that much excitement when we picked him up today! It’s a little bittersweet, but I’m totally thrilled to see how much he loves her. Marilyn’s dedication and love for dogs shine through in every interaction. Our pup came back calmer and happy, having had a wonderful time with his new furry friends. I highly recommend Marilyn for anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and fun dog family. We had an amazing experience! Amanda was great and sent us plenty of quality photographs while we were away. Our dogs were well taken care of.

Katrin was seriously the best! She took great care of my anxious, shy dogs Lucy and Fiona. She sent a ton of updates, photos and videos, and really made sure both my dogs felt comfortable and loved while we were gone. We will definitely book Katrin again!

Romel and Carolina were amazing! It was our dog’s first time staying with someone outside of friends or family, and they did everything to help him feel comfortable. They also gave great updates and sent daily photos. We really appreciated their care!

David is amazing. His home has plenty of space for the dogs to explore during the day and he does an excellent job of socializing. Our husky comes home content after every visit.

Valerie was excellent! From our meet and greet through the actual stay, I knew my doggie was in good hands. Lots of pictures that let me know he was taken care of.

Our pup had a fun weekend with Erin and her family. He was glad to have a new puppy friend to run and play with nonstop. Erin sent lots of fun pictures and videos so we knew our guy was happy and well taken care of. We will definitely use her again!

Charlie had a great time staying with Evan! He came back happy and sleepy after a long weekend at the farm. I’m sure he’s looking forward to the next time I go out of town.

Rosie had a great weekend with RG and Julie! We got lots of updates and she is excited to stay with them when we are out of town. Definitely will book again!

I finally found someone who I can trust!! The communication and understanding was amazing!! She sent pictures everyday and asked for clarification on what exactly my dog needs. It was like a vacation for my dog. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Timber had a great time, he came back nice and tired from an afternoon full of play with Bailey's family 🐕♥️🐩 Bailey is very responsive, offers frequent updates and was super nice to quell any concerns I may have had - this being my first time using Rover.

Amy is the manger owner at the Magical Doggie Hotel in downtown Durham. The atmosphere is quiet and snuggled away in a nice part of town. It was the first time leaving my puppy and was a bit nervous. I quickly realized the paradise my puppy was in and in great hands. Amy is a knowledgeable doggie hotel manager. When I picked up my puppy she didn’t want to leave. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lorraine was great to use for pet sitting! Communication was prompt and I was grateful to have a safe place for Lucy to be cared for while we were gone on our trip.
