Samantha is amazing!! My pup is shy but Samantha made sure to communicate with me about how to take care of my dog without stressing her out. Quick to respond, great service, definitely will be booking again!!

We couldn't be happier with the care our seven cats received from Erika! She visited twice a day from Wednesday through Saturday, handling feedings, litter boxes, and most importantly, spending an hour each visit keeping everyone company. Managing a large group of cats is no small feat, but she handled it beautifully and gave us total peace of mind while we were away for our son's wedding. She is reliable, communicative, and incredibly accommodating. We highly recommend her and will absolutely look to book her again!

I’ve used V multiple times, and every time I come home, Jack is happy, relaxed, and full of energy - which says everything. She goes above and beyond (even playing Cat TV for him!) and truly cares about his comfort and happiness. Because of her, I can actually enjoy my time away knowing he’s not just being checked on, but genuinely cared for. Carolaine did a fantastic job taking care of my cat while I was away for nearly a month. It was my first time leaving him alone for this long without his brother (who passed away a year ago) and it was clear that Carolaine took the time to give him proper attention (playing with him, giving him pets, applying his daily medication, etc.). Carolaine visited him at a pretty regular time every day and sent pictures with updates. She was also responsive with any supplemental questions I had along the way. I'm happy to have found her and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who is reliable, responsive, and caring.
