Incredible as always, puts so much effort in tending to my girls especially when they’ve been in transitions in trying out a new feeder they weren’t adjusting well to, she even tried to download the app for the feeder to get it to work. Really appreciate her dedication, flexibility, and thoughtfulness :)

Great experience! Sends so many pictures to make you feel connected to the fur babies. Very clear on the happenings of the visit and followed instructions on care to a T. Very kind and professional!

Shelby was amazing with my cat! She’s professional, kind, and attentive. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in great hands, and I can’t wait to book her again. Thank you so much, Shelby!
