Dog Boarding in West Jefferson

Lane has been amazing! I trust him completely with our puppy. We got to enjoy our vacation more knowing our pup was in good hands. Will be using Lane again for our future needs

Jill is an amazing sitter. She’s very responsive and I know my dogs were well taken care of. Her pricing is very fair and I really appreciate the pick up and drop off option.

Heather watched our two dogs over our wedding weekend and it could not have gone better. She picked them up from the rehearsal dinner, brought them back for the big day, and then took them back to her place and kept them for a few more days while we continued the celebrations. She was responsive, on time, and very respectful that this was our wedding! She kept the dogs clean and gave them medicine as we instructed to keep them calm for the big day. We are so thankful we found her on Rover because our big day would not have been the same without her. She played the role we needed her to absolutely perfectly. We are so grateful and would definitely recommend and rebook Heather in the future!

Jimena was wonderful with our little westie. The first evening and night, there was an awful thunderstorm. Our pup is really afraid of lightning. Jimena did everything to make Jazz comfortable. We are so grateful to her. She has an incredible place for dogs (pets). We couldn’t be happier with what she did for our puppy. All the dogs look happy and she relates to them as « my » dogs what is the best thing we could hope from her. Thank you, Jimena. We are very happy.

Gracie is amazing! This was my first time leaving my anxious German shepherd with anyone. Meela had so much fun and was so happy the whole week Gracie had her. Gracie sent me pictures and updates as well and was so easy to work with. I’ll be booking with Gracie again absolutely. I’ve already recommended her to my friends and family. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Melissa was more than accommodating for me and my dog on our travels. Had to change the arrival time a few times due to departure/traffic etc from driving across TN but she was able to ensure she was available as soon as I arrived. Whiskey had an excellent stay and I'd definitely use again if travelling that way.

Kayla did a great job of communicating and responding quickly. I also really appreciated her efforts to ease my worries about leaving my 2 dachshunds. She made sure that my one dog gots his meds and let me know when my other dog had an upset stomach. I really appreciated knowing what was gong on and the pics. It’s comforting to know Kayla would like to dog-sit them again!

Amanda and her family are a sweet family. We felt great leaving our 2 fur babies overnight in Amanda's care. Unfortunately, one of dogs bit her dog. Amanda was polite as she explained the situation. We were surprised and felt terrible. No medical attention for her dog was needed. As pet owners, we all understand that this can happen....even if it has never happened before. We won't be able to use Amanda again, BUT we still recommend her because her home, yard and family are a wonderful consideration for other pets to receive great care. ?

This was our first time using Rover and it was a great success. We left Mya for 2 weeks with Lisa while we were in Italy. She sent several pictures of Mya while we were gone and let us know how well she was doing. When we picked her up she was clean and happy. We will certainly rely on Lisa in the future.

Quality care, we were boarding our older dogs for the first time in their life and one of our dogs was anxious and not acting like herself. Chelsey was very professional and kind about it!! Also for the price, her boarding facilities are awesome, highly recommend.

Katy is amazing. 20 out of 10 recommend! She was so responsive and quick to reply and help out with a relatively last minute dog sit. My 1 year old pup is pretty high energy and hasn’t been around a ton of other people and dogs. This was her first time staying with a sitter. Katy is obviously so experienced and relaxed around dogs. Drop off and pickup was seamless. She had great communication the from the first contact through the entire sit. She kept me in the loop about Waffles adjustment and shared pictures. I’m so grateful to find Katy and almost hesitate to leave a good review because I want to keep her all to myself! Thanks so much Katy! You’re the BEST!

Kourtney is the best! This is the second time we’ve used her services and both experiences have been spectacular. She is truly an animal lover, is great at proving updates, and I know our pets are in great care with her while we are away!

Great experience—communication before and during Jeter’s stay with Chesnut was fantastic. She really went above and beyond to make sure that Jeter had everything he needed. Highly recommend her.

Camilla was very sensitive to our dogs needs. She sent us pictures and updates.

Fran was the most wonderful dog sitter. I’m very nervous about leaving my little dog Beau behind because he’s a bit shy and because I miss him so much. He genuinely enjoyed his time with Fran, and I loved the updates she sent. He clearly felt very at home with Fran and Kevin, and I feel more comfortable taking trips now.
