Cheryl was great with our pets. She was very professional and details-oriented. She communicated frequently and sent lots of pictures. Our pets took right to her, even the shy cat who is often weary of people. We would definitely use Cheryl again.

Wonderful to work with, Karen is very attentive to the dog’s needs, especially with habits and medication. Willing to go above and beyond and make us comfortable to leave our fur children. I have no reservations recommending her.

Kristin is awesome! She took care of our dog wonderfully and provided great updates with pictures. I would definitely book her again and recommend her for taking care of any dog.

Marcus was friendly and responsive!!! He took really good care of our dogs and sent pictures of them each day. The house was clean and orderly when we arrived home to happy pups. We would definitely recommend Marcus and will be asking him to come and take of our dogs in the future.

Bekah has always been great when we book her! She’s so sweet to our puppy and goes the extra mile for everything! We would recommend her in a heartbeat!! Thanks for your amazing help!

Mardi was great with Jenny. She took her time and let Jenny warm up to her so she'd feel safe. She sent photos of Jenny and updates during our overnight away. Mardi was also very flexible when we decided to come home a day early. Good grief, our house looked pristine!

Marcia did a wonderful job keeping my 2 year old Rottie. I was able to enjoy my trip worry free. I will definitely contact her again if I need a sitter. Thanks Marcia!

I was in a bit of a pinch needing to find an in-home sitter who could be with my almost 17 year old chihuahua about 90% of the day since she was only two weeks into healing from a dislocated hip. I came across Caroline and Gavin on Rover, and I’m so glad I did. They were able to provide the round-the-clock care Khloe needed and gave me such peace of mind while I was away. They sent daily updates and pictures, which I loved, and they went above and beyond by cleaning up, refreshing the house, and even taking out the trash—none of which I asked for or expected, but it was so appreciated! The only hiccup was that two of my cameras were unplugged without being communicated to me at the time. Once I discovered them unplugged when I returned home, I reached out and we talked, but I do wish that communication had been up front instead of prompted. That said, I truly felt Khloe was in excellent hands the whole week, and I’m grateful for the love and attention Caroline and Gavin gave her!

We are so grateful to Jennifer for watching our dog, Charlie, while we were away on an international trip. We had hired another sitter who didn’t end up working out and we came across Jennifer. She immediately replied to our need for an emergency sitter and came over same day to start an 8 day overnight stay booking. Jennifer sent multiple amazing updates throughout the day with the cutest pictures of our dog. We actually looked forward to reading them and seeing them! She took Charlie on multiple long walk adventures, played with, stimulated him with lick mats, games, and more. He looked so comfortable and content with her in the pictures she sent! Charlie has really bad separation anxiety and when she needed to step out, she always kept us updated and remembered to give him his stress vitamins. We felt so comfortable knowing Charlie was in great hands. Lastly, Jennifer cleaned our house and left it spotless! We never asked or expected that of her so we are so grateful for her taking the time to do that. I’d recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for pet care, especially if you have an anxious pet or special needs pet as she is incredibly attentive, caring, loving, and patient with them. We will definitely be using her again when the need arises! Thanks again Jennifer for all your help and taking care of Charlie! We were able to truly enjoy our vacation due to your love and care for him.

There are not enough good things I can say about Ashley. She stayed in my house taking care of my 7 month old puppy while I was away. She was attentive to his needs, played with him, gave him his medication and her ability to stay home with the pet is an extra special service. My puppy LOVED her and what she offers is extra special. She is trustworthy and communicates regularly, give updates and photos. I also found she left my home in better shape than I left it! I was looking for someone who could stay in my home and be home with my puppy daily and at night. She was simply fabulous and there are not many like her. she was warm and friendly and I will definitely be using her again. My puppy was so happy the entire time I was away and it gave me so much peace of mind. She is a treasure!
