Ava was wonderful with Kota! She took great care of him and was very respectful of our home. She followed all of the instructions we left, including managing his reactivity and routine, and communicated with us throughout the stay with updates and photos, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. I could tell that Rex was happy at home. She sent pictures! Rex never poses for pics lol. I missed him and was kind of anxious about being away on my trip, but Caroline put me at ease. I will definitely recommend her to anyone.
