Kristen did a great job with our older cat who takes medication. She was professional, kind, and caring. I felt the kitty was in great hands thank you!

Dawn was amazing. She matched her energy to my cat and really made her comfortable. She has a really calm presence that my cat definitely appreciated. I will definitely use her again.

I must apologize for this review being so late. Chris was great, and we are happy we booked with him. Our family was on vacation, and Chris did daily check-ins, took photos, and my cat always greeted him. I would highly recommend Chris to any pet owner. Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.

Alex is great! She took her time with the meet and greet even though the cats were a little shy and I swear by the time we got back from vacation they were sad it was us walking through the door and not her. The updates for the multiple drop in visits included pictures which is always appreciated when you are away! Alex is respectful and reliable and we will certainly use her again for our furbaby needs. Olivia did an amazing job for us watching our precious cat. This was our first time using Rover and could not be more pleased with the service that was provided. We did two drop in visits a day for the week we were away and received the cutest pictures from each visit. Olivia went above and beyond what we expected by even taking my trash to the curb on trash pickup day (without me even asking). I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for your pets while you are away. She is amazing. We will definitely be using her int he future.
