Cat Sitting in Epsom

Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.

Meagan is the best! She gives Murphy all the cuddles and lovin' he craves. I hate leaving him, but know Meagan is there to give him some love makes it a little easier.

Shana was so communicative while stopping in to care for our cat. We knew our boy was in good hands and didn’t have to worry one bit! We will definitely be requesting her again in the future! Thanks Shana 😊

Kate did such a wonderful job taking care of our girls! One of our cats is scared of new people, and she came right out for Kate. Would definitely book again.

Jess did a wonderful job taking care of our bunny, Beep, while we were out of town. Jess was responsive, flexible, and just an all around great pet sitter. 10/10 would recommend!

Alex is great! She took her time with the meet and greet even though the cats were a little shy and I swear by the time we got back from vacation they were sad it was us walking through the door and not her. The updates for the multiple drop in visits included pictures which is always appreciated when you are away! Alex is respectful and reliable and we will certainly use her again for our furbaby needs. Kristina really helped us out with a last minute booking! She’s flexible, responsive, and respectful. She made sure our boys were take care of and even brought in packages so they wouldn’t get left out in the rain!
