Once again, great communication. James was not going to be exactly on time and he let me know and was well within parameters. Did great with the animals and left a great review of his visit. Highly recommend him.

We have hired this dynamic duo yet again! This was our second time having our dog watched by Pete and Veronica and our dog is already missing them. They were professional and prompt in communication, great with updates and photos, and most important: they were so good with my dog! I will continue to hire them as long as they’ll take us!

Julia is the best! She’s reliable and responsive. She takes great care to send lots of photos and spend good quality time with my two little ones. She always sends a detailed note about the visit which really sets my mind at ease. Looking forward to continuing to have her cat sit in the future!!

Definitely recommend Andrew! Apollo is timid when he meets new people, however, he warmed up to Andrew right away. Loved all the photos that were taken during the drop ins. I felt at peace knowing Apollo was in good hands.

Tereza was very attentive and caring with our cat Sammy. She sent lots of pictures showing Sammy getting lots of love which made us happy to know he was in good hands while we were away. We highly recommend Tereza and will request her again.

Xi is so great :) Poe is always so happy when I get back from trips because Xi gives him the best company. Xi also is knowledgeable about cat ownership in general and noticed Poe's potentially sensitive whisker/gave me the perfect solution. Got new wide/flat plates and Poe is much less messy with eating! Highly recommend Xi for your pet care needs.

Erica was very accommodating and even came to meet my kitties before I left for a long trip. She was sure to take pictures at each visit so I knew my babies were happy! I felt they were well cared for in her hands :)

Stephanie took care of my three beloved cats, one of which is diabetic. There was a LOT to do with three of them! She took EXCELLENT care of them and showed up twice every day at the same time, prepared their food in a particular way, refilled their water fountain, gave them a certain amount of treats, and took care of their litter box perfectly. She even cleaned up a few messes they created which was above and beyond her responsibilities! Most importantly, she gave my diabetic cat her insulin shot twice a day. She really helped me enjoy my vacation because I didn't worry about them being in her care. I will be entrusting her to sit for them again going forward.

Nicole was great with our puppy! She went above and beyond to help our pup feel loved and cared for for the evening. She sent a great update after the visit and took lots of pictures which put our minds at ease. Thank you!

Alyssa was fantastic to work with & I knew that my fur baby would be in good hands with her! She went above and beyond to make sure my cat was ok & happy (as he could be) while we were away. Would definitely recommend and book with her again!
