House Sitting in Holderness

Sarah was great with both of our dogs. One of our dogs is fearful of strangers and she was able to work through any issues. Our other dog is energetic and Sarah spent time playing with her. Sarah sent many pictures and updates and we felt comfortable leaving our dogs with her.

Morgan was communicative, punctual and personable. She took good care of our dogs during a house sitting session, she sent pictures while we were out, and our dogs bonded with her immediately.

Grace is a wonderful caregiver for our Lab, Bailey. Grace really helped us out today when we went out for a few hours. Bailey has some special needs and can’t be left alone for long. Grace arrived on time, provided an update along with a photo of Bailey, and made sure she was comfortable while we were away. Thank you, Grace, we really appreciate your help and will be contacting you again soon to care for Bailey!

Peter and Sarah are very kind, responsible pet sitters. Most importantly, they are available during the day to provide companionship to my dog.

We highly recommend Lawrence, who did an excellent job of housesitting and caring for our three finicky cats. Our oldest feline required fluid injections which was no problem at all for him. In fact, we think Lawrence took such good care of our elderly cat that he looks better than when we left! We came home to a clean house with three kitties who acted like we hadn't been gone. They are looking forward to having Uncle Lawrence back soon when we take off again for a few days.

So happy with Teri and the love she showed to Enzo and Maggie! She sent us lots of pics which we absolutely loved:) she paid so much attention to detail. We were able To travel and be at total ease knowing our fur babies were well taken care of! She’s the best

Charles was great! He visited twice before the pet sitting to get Iris accustomed to him and then patiently let her warm up to him during his stay. He handled extra responsibilities like taking her to the vet for stitches removal and dealing with both cold, icy weather and frozen pipes with resilience and responsibly handling everything. I could tell Iris had been well cared for despite everything going on. He is calm, thoughtful and reliable. I was lucky to have him care for Iris.

Dan was great! Easy to work with and made friends with my dog easily. We weren’t able to meet before I left and I didn’t leave directions but he made it work and my dog was happy and my house was in great shape. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Elizabeth was wonderful. She is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to get to know our very shy cats. We came home to a perfectly clean house and very happy, chill animals. We’ve already rebooked. Highly recommend.

Olivia was prompt and courteous. She shared pictures and gave us an update while we were gone. I definitely will consider asking her to sit again.

100/10 review for Sonya! She was great, keeping us in the loop while our dog Leo has some stomach issues. She went above and beyond cleaning up after him and left the house in great condition when we came back. She also followed instructions perfectly regarding when to reach out to us in the event of a problem, like Leo’s stomach. She gave medications exactly as we asked, no problem at all. We cannot thank her enough for the care she gave Leo while we were away.

This was the first time having Nikera stay with our pups for two nights, and she is amazing! She took them for walks, stayed overnight, and dealt well with their fussy eating habits. We will definitely use Nikera again as our housesitter!
