Jenna was amazing! Someone else from rover cancelled on us less than 12 hours before our dogs were headed to a day of doggy daycare. We scrambled and Jenna got back to us right away! She even drove to our house to pick them up! She took the time to greet them when she got to our house, sent pictures and videos of their day and updates. They both came back ready to nap! Thank you so much Jenna!! I highly recommend her!

Ann was our first experience using Rover and it could not have gone better. She watched our 11.5 year old Shiba Inu as we attended a baking class at King Arthur and Troy had a great time with her around her home. Our dog is less comfortable with energetic dogs and Ann was really great about accommodating that and giving him his own space, which we really appreciate. She was great about sending updates and clearly loves dogs. We knew that Troy would be grand after we received a photo of him doing zoomies in her living room.
