Dog Boarding in Rochester

Katie took great care of my dog Brandy. She is a 15 year old chocolate lab who needs attentive care and lots of assistance. Katie spoiled her and kept me updated daily with texts and photos. I would definitely use her again.

Gabrielle was very easy to communicate with, her dog got along great with my 2 dogs and they were playing all the time. Plenty of picture updates and took amazing care of my pups. Will definitely be booking again next time I use rover.

Becky took great care of our two golden retrievers while we were away. The dogs were so excited to see Becky again, which made us very happy!

Taylor was so great! Super flexible and really able to work with our travel plans. She sent pictures daily to let us know how our pet was doing and he looked happy and/or excited and he was clearly well taken care of! Will 100% be booking again

Alyssa and her adorable family took the best care of Jilly! We received lots of photos and communication was so easy. Her home is warm and beautiful and Jilly had the best time. We are thrilled to have met Alyssa and will book with her whenever we are away.

When I met Daniel and his family I knew my dog was going to be well taken care of. Daniel was very thorough with questions and made me feel confident in leaving my pup for a few days. They treated my pup like he was a part of their family and went the extra mile to make sure he was loved and had a fun time! I am very happy and satisfied with the service. I highly reccomend Daniel as a sitter!

Feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful sitter, especially since we live in upstate NY and a meet and greet prior to our vacation was not possible. Jeanne was very welcoming to myself and my three kids, who were all worried about leaving our newly rescued tripawd Border Collie, Pogo Bean, with a complete stranger. I was nervous and anxious as well, but Jeanne put me right at ease as soon as we met and Pogo seemed very comfortable going right into the backyard to play with his new friends. He seemed a little nervous about us leaving and I did not want to seem like a worried dog mom, but I did send her a message the next day to see how he was doing. She was very kind about sending pics and updates of him playing with all the different dogs that he met during his own Maine vacation and it was such a relief to see that he looked happy! Will definitely book again on our yearly trip, as I have realized that although we miss him and would love to share the Maine adventure with him, a good week of socializing and playing with new friends is fun for him too. It really helps having a trusted sitter like Jeanne to leave him with...thank you so much!

Ashley was great with our puppy! We got plenty of updates with videos and pictures which were so cute. Ashley even went above and beyond and worked with our pup to help with her fear of going up and down new stairs. She took our pup on a bunch of adventures with her dog and our pup came back good and tired! Would 100% use Ashley again in the future our dog was so happy!

Michelle was incredibly flexible with our last minute booking. She updated us throughout with texts and pictures. We felt confident that our pups were well cared for and had a great visit 😄

They were awesome. They accommodated a last minute booking to help us during a move. They were very reasonable and flexible with pickup and drop-off, and were ready to make a last-minute change to help us out. If we didn't just move 10 hours away, we'd definitely book again!

I know I've left a million reviews---there are not too many more amazing things I can say about these guys but I really am so thankful for them. My girl, Betty, is getting on in years and I worry about her all the time. But I just know she's in good hands with Kane and Collette and it gives me such peace of mind when I'm away. Thank you for all you do for my sweet pup!

Our dog Targhee had a great stay at Diana’s home. He received plenty of exercise, attention and playtime with their dog! He will be excited to come back soon.

Julia was wonderful, giving care to our anxious rescue dog Ellie who is 7. Julia worked with her to adjust to her surroundings while we were away, and sent updates which I loved. She is wonderful. Thank you so much for taking care of Ellie so well!

Noreen and her family were absolutely wonderful with my dog, Merry. She’s an anxious girly, and boarding can be a big hurdle for her — but Noreen met her exactly where she was. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Merry was treated with patience, kindness, and so much genuine care. Noreen’s family made her feel right at home and treated her like a member of their own family, not just a guest. It meant the world to me to have that peace of mind. When I picked Merry up, she was tired (in the best way!) and fell asleep as soon as she got home — a sure sign of a fun, full, happy visit. I’m so grateful for the thoughtful, attentive care Merry received. We will definitely be booking again! 🩵🐾

Julie took care of our two labs again this summer while we took a week’s vacation and they came home happy and tuckered out from all the play! Knowing that my girls are in great hands while we are away is priceless.

Colleen was absolutely amazing! She was so welcoming and took such great care of our 3 rescues for our ten day vacation. From the moment I met her and stepped into her home I got such a good feeling and knew that she would take great care of my dogs. And she did! They loved it there, especially with a fenced in yard to run around in and new friends to play with. Colleen kept me updated daily on how they were settling in and sent lots of pictures. Seeing and hearing what a great time they were having enabled us to not worry and enjoy our vacation even more. I highly recommend Colleen if your looking for loving, attentive care and a place where your dogs can be completely at home.
