Dog Boarding in Rochester

Katie did an awesome job taking care of my boy Hobbes! Even went out of her way to meet with me closer to do his pickup. Highly recommend Katie for anyone!

When I was invited on a trip overseas, I needed to find care for my girl, Hazel. I was very concerned about boarding her as we had never been separated, even for a day. She's also quite anxious and occasionally reactive, so I needed just the right situation for both of us to be at ease while I was gone. I found just the right fit with Tiffany and her family. Hazel was immediately at ease and comfortable in their home, I could not have felt more at ease and comfortable myself. Jeanne is the best. I know my dogs are well cared for and enjoying themselves when they are with her. I never have to worry with her in charge.

We are very pleased that we found Ashley through Rover. She was very flexible with setting up a time to bring Ella to evaluate how she'd behave. Ashley updated us on Ella during her stay. And Ella, obviously enjoyed herself immensely as she dozed off on the way home.

Our experience was great! This was our first time leaving our senior dog with anyone, and we felt very comfortable having him there. They were very responsive, super friendly, communicated proactively, and made the stay a breeze. Definitely recommend!

Kiana was very welcoming and kind, both to me and to my cats! Her home was set up just right for Sam and Rosie to get comfortable even with other pets there. She sent a couple pictures and a video that showed my cats acting like the curious creatures they are. They looked happy!

Jennifer was quick with her responses and flexible with drop off/pickup. She sent regular updates on how my dog was doing while he was with her which was nice!

Veska sent daily updates and photos, which we appreciated very much! When we picked up our dog, it was clear that she was happy and had been well cared for. We will definitely be booking with Veska again!

If I could give 10 stars I would do it! Nicholas was amazing (and his fiancé and son) caring for Max. I haven’t left him with a non family member in many years, so I was nervous. I did not need to be - he was SO well taken care of and welcomed by their dogs, he was part of the gang. He had a great time. Nicholas was awesome at communicating with me and sent lots of adorable pictures. All in all, truly wonderful people that love dogs and will care for your pup as he was their own. Julia was amazing!! I have a very senior dog and she was very attentive to all of his quirks and provided lots of updates and pics. I would highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.

Andrea was great, she took pictures of our dog daily and told us what he was doing. As first timers to boarding, Andrea made us feel comfortable throughout the boarding period.
