We had a wonderful boarding experience with Ryan for our puppy, Alfie. From the moment we dropped him off, we felt completely at ease. Ryan’s fenced backyard is amazing—perfect for dogs to play safely and freely, which Alfie absolutely loved. We really appreciated how Ryan made Alfie feel at home by allowing him on the couch and also providing a crate for his comfort. Ryan also shared regular photos and videos, which was so reassuring and showed how happy and well cared for Alfie was during his stay. It was clear that Alfie was relaxed and having a great time. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter and would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy place for their pup.

Lisa and her family were wonderful sitters to our mini poodle. This was the first time we were away from our pup for more than a day and we were naturally worried about how it would go. From the first communications before and through booking, Lisa was kind and reassuring. She offered a meet and greet which was very much appreciated and left me with no concerns about booking with her. During the actual stay, we received daily updates with multiple pictures which showed that our pup was happy, relaxed, and well cared for by the whole family, including their gentle family dog, Bear. Lisa went out of her way to maintain our schedule and pup’s preferences and all of this gave us a peace of mind which allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation. We will happily book with Lisa and her family again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving home-based sitter.

Casey stayed with Tanvi during Christmas and New Year’s, and leaving him during the holidays—when family means everything—was incredibly difficult for us. From the moment we dropped him off, Tanvi put our hearts at ease by sending frequent updates filled with messages, videos, and photos that showed just how happy and well cared for he was. Tanvi is truly special—professional, thoughtful, and deeply loving. Caregiving takes patience, compassion, and a generous heart, and she embodies all of these qualities so naturally. She treated Casey not just as a responsibility, but as family, and poured so much love into caring for him. Casey enjoyed homemade meals, and Tanvi was wonderfully attentive in storing everything properly and carefully following the thaw, heat, and feed routine. When Casey came home with a Christmas gift, it was the perfect reminder of just how much love he received while he was with her.

Paul did an amazing job with Juniper! He has a lot of experience with different kinds of dogs and I felt so comfortable knowing Juniper was in good hands.

We were happy to rebook Shaun to watch Laya during our vacation. His communication was excellent - he sent pics and videos everyday. Our dog was well taken care of and came home happy!

Jessica was an absolute dream with our ShihTzu. She has great communication, kept us updated throughout the stay and we could definitely see from the pics and videos that our little one was more than happy, comfortable and well taken care off.

I recently entrusted the care of my beloved pet dog, Rockey, to Sayak, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rockey was provided with a clean, comfortable, and spacious living area, complete with bedding, toys, and ample room to move around. The house maintained a safe and hygienic environment, which put my mind at ease knowing Rockey was in a clean and secure space. He took the time to understand Rockey’s needs, preferences, and routines. I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail and the personalized care he provided. Whether it was ensuring he received his specific dietary requirements or administering any medications, they handled it with utmost professionalism and care. What truly stood out was the level of engagement and affection given to Rockey. He treated him like a member of their own family, showering him with love,and regular walk. Communication was exceptional throughout Rockey’s stay. I received regular updates, including photos and videos, which reassured me that he was doing well and enjoying his time at the house. He was always prompt in addressing any queries or concerns I had, fostering a sense of trust and transparency. Above all, Rockey returned home happy, healthy, and stress-free. It’s clear that he was well taken care of and received the attention he deserved. He provided an environment that ensured Rockey’s comfort, stimulation, and overall well-being. I cannot recommend Lupe highly enough for taking care of my dog, Roxie. He was absolutely amazing with her from start to finish. Lupe provided multiple daily updates, complete with pictures and videos, which put my mind at ease. When Roxie ran out of steak during her stay, he went out of his way to buy more for her. His patience and compassion helped Roxie adjust smoothly to her new surroundings. Without a doubt, I will be booking her next stay with Lupe. Thank you for the exceptional care, Lupe!

As usual, Lineth has been amazing the way she handled Sparkle. Sparkle is getting old and some times can feel anxious. She handled her really well. I strongly recommend her as a great pet care professional who understands the pet needs very well.

This was Duck’s second stay with Kevin and Natalie. It had been 2 years since the last one but as soon as we turned into their neighborhood I could tell she knew she was somewhere familiar and fun! She had a great stay, as evidenced by the pictures they sent all week. We really appreciate someone loving on our girl like we do and even letting her hog the covers in bed like she does at home! Will absolutely book with them again!
