While we were away, a heat wave hit and temperatures at home rose into the 90s. Our indoor thermostat was still set for heat, but Valerie noticed the issue, proactively contacted us, and worked with us to switch the AC on. We can’t imagine how miserable our cats would have been without her attentiveness. We’re very grateful for her care and quick thinking!

Andrea is the best! She looks after our kitties like they are her own. I don’t have to worry at all when my cats are in her care! She also helped with bringing in mail and packages. Will be having her help out with my cats whenever she’s available!

First time using Rover and thrilled to have met Maia. Recently adopted Penny and this was our first time leaving her alone so I didn’t know how it would go. But she loved Maia from day 1.
