We had the best experience with Maisha! She went above and beyond in every way, including making a trip to get more food when our dog ran out. We got daily photo updates, which gave us SO much peace of mind and made it clear how well cared for he was. It’s obvious she genuinely loves animals and treats them like family. Truly the best. I would trust her again in a heartbeat.

Angela was amazing! We were away for three days and she looked after our two miniature Schnauzers like they were her own. She kept sending us updates the whole time with our pups happy and playing, which honestly made the trip so much more enjoyable knowing they were in good hands. She made sure we felt totally at ease leaving them with her, and you can just tell she really knows what she’s doing. Andrew was great! Our dog Jack can be difficult when meeting new people and Andrew handled it wonderfully. He has a great fenced in yard and Jack seemed to feel comfortable right away. The communication was great before and during his stay.

Jia took very good care of my cat Keoni. I received photo/video update every day and I can tell Keoni was very happy. Jia is detail oriented, she noticed Keoni’s loud breathing noise (which is normal) and reached out to me immediately. The handover and return processes were smooth. Everything was returned in good condition and clean. I will definitely be a returning customer and I’d highly recommend Jia for cat boarding!
