Finding a polite, dependable, and punctual dog walker or sitter is challenging, to say the least. Even in our gig economy, the talent in the marketplace leaves much to be desired. Without outright saying she is excellent, which she is. It's more important to illustrate. So, I asked if she would meet my new puppy before I hired her to walk him. She was more than happy to do so and preferred it that way for her reasons. Unfortunately, the night she was supposed to come over, it was a snowy, icey mess. I figured she would reschedule due to the weather. NOPE, she showed up at the time she said she would! I thought, before I even met her, that she was hired. And she was exactly as polite and professional in person as she was over the app. Great find, and I would highly recommend Kristie for your pet needs!!

As soon as we met, I had confidence and trust in Karen. She did a great job and I didn’t worry at all-which is huge when you’re far from home. I found my pet sitter!

This was our first time booking a cat service through Rover and we couldn’t be happier! Jason truly has a gift with animals and won over both of our girls while we were away and gave us daily updates throughout the week. He even went above and beyond in sending us videos of both of our loves and even brought in packages we forgot to hold on while we were out. Sarah is great with our dogs and always super accommodating, even when we’ve had situations where we’ve needed her to go above and beyond. She’s not phased by all of our various needs and our dogs love her. Highly recommend!

Liz is absolutely phenomenal. I usually have anxiety about leaving my cats to take any trips, but Liz absolutely put my mind at ease the whole weekend we were away. The wonderful photos and communication were so appreciated and made me feel better about being away from my fur kids. I can tell they loved her because I came home and everyone is calm and happy and I think they really enjoyed their own little vacation! We will definitely be asking Liz to take care of them again soon! Thanks so much Liz! You’re the best!

Brittany did a great job with our 2 dogs while were away. Very much appreciated the time she spent letting them get acclimated to her. Communication and timleyness was great.

Shannon was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was prompt, professional, and so sweet with our very scaredy -cat, Acorn. She gave us awesome updates and pictures from every visit, and answered any questions we had. She even brought in packages without us asking. We will 1000% be asking Shannon to check in on Acorn again!

Jake did a good job checking on my cat while I was away! My cat warmed up to him after a day or so, and Jake made sure he had plenty of water, food, clean litter, and some playtime. I would definitely book Jake again.

We love Emma!!!! She has been such a savior for us as we navigate the puppy stages. She’s great with my puppy and we trust her very much!
