Mia is very responsive and helpful with my request for an urgent pet care (requested on the day of).

Alexis provided drop in visits for an entire week while we were away. She kept great communication and pictures daily. Would recommend!

Lin was amazing with Simba and Sydney! She took such great care of them, played with them, and treated them like her own. She even brought over a can of wet food for them to try, which was so thoughtful. I really appreciated all the updates and the love she gave them. Elizabeth was so good with our little monster! She spent time to get him used to her since he's a bit feisty. In the end, he let her pet him and give the insulin with almost no issue. She's a really wonderful person and I highly recommend her as a sitter.

Laura provided excellent service and communication regarding our cats while we were gone for 9 days. My 2 senior cats need daily medication (oral pills and topical cream) and Laura was comfortable with this situation. When we booked our vacation, months ago, they didn't need any medication, so finding the right sitter leading up to our time away was stressful for me, but Laura was great and helped me feel more at ease while on our big family vacation. It turned out that one of my cats would hide with each visit, which I'm sure was annoying to manage, but Laura stuck with it. We can't thank her enough for caring for our aging cats!

Everything went fine. Olga was able to feed and care for my cat. She came when she said she would and got into my apartment building with no difficulty.
