Dog Boarding in Dorchester

Kirk and Anita were great, and absolutely deserve 5 stars! Our adopted 3 year old Golden Retriever is very active and can be a handful, but had a great time playing with the other dogs and lounging on the sofa or floor next to the fireplace with his new companions and hosts. The texts and photos were so sweet and assured us that he was safe, happy and entertained. My only worry was that he would not want to come home! Home pet sitting is so much better than a kennel. We learned that the hard way, and lost a beloved dog last spring, so we were quite worried about finding a place to leave our remaining dog for a week. We could not be happier with Kirk and Anita's Furry Farm! They are dedicated dog lovers.

Mariah watched our CavaPoo over Memorial Day Weekend. Coming from out of town, we didn’t have time for a meet and greet but we knew Mariah would be terrific by her initial communication with us. She was wonderful, providing us with pictures and updates. Mariah truly loves animals and we were confident Bailey had great care. Her home is warm and charming and we felt like our pup was on vacation too! We can’t wait to use Mariah again!

Kelley was fabulous with our little guy! Extremely patient even with his teething phase and very communicative throughout. It’s a great feeling to know your baby is in good hands and he certainly was with Kelley!

Rebecca is wonderful. My baby loves his time with her. She even made him a birthday cookie and sent pictures and video of him in a birthday hat!

This was our first time ever using this service, and we were beyond impressed. Our dog sitter Mia was so friendly and welcoming to Lola! I imagine our dog just thought we were leaving her with another loving family member. We will definitely be using her again. Highly recommend!!

Sterlin was great taking care of our pup on Christmas Eve while we attended a family party. A very pleasant young gal with a strong love for dogs. We were lucky to find her.

Diana took such good care of Lucky! She updated us every chance that she got on how he was adjusting to the new environment. She made him feel very welcomed in her home and when he made a mistake she was very understanding. She gave him lots of love and attention, she played with him, and she took him on his favorite walks. We felt very comfortable leaving lucky with a person who made our Lucky feel safe and at home. We will definitely look forward to reaching out to Diana in the future. She’s the best!

Alex was very accommodating and flexible for our last-minute booking and through flight changes and delays which changed pick-up times. We met for a quick meet and greet prior to the stay which was helpful. It was comforting getting at least one text and picture of our dog each day. This was our first time using Rover and Alex and John and we are pleased with the booking.

Jenny did a great job taking care of our greyhound Cleo! She sent tons of photos and updates, keeping us at ease while we were away. The huge backyard was definitely a plus for our pup. Highly recommend Jenny for all your dog sitting needs!

Eileen was amazing. I get anxious being away from my pup but with the positive reviews and how communicative Eileen was, Eileen put me at ease. When I picked up my pup, she was in a great mood and even went back to Eileen to say goodbye! Would highly recommend!

Denise is a wonderful dog sitter. We have an older small dog. She took great care of him and sent us a multiple daily pictures. I would highly recommend her.

Kathleen was an outstanding dog sitter! She was attentive, responsible, and caring throughout the stay. Kristen is so sweet. Her communication is great. She sends pictures of my fur baby having fun enjoying himself. She treats him like he's at home. 5 stars i would definitely recommend.

Janet did a great job watching Molly - she really enjoyed her beautiful fenced in backyard, laying by the pool!

So happy we found Kate - we feel so assured when we leave our senior doggie with her…we get constant photos and know our pup is well taken care of.

Lori was absolutely amazing. Not only was she extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to help me with the drop off of Oreo but she was so kind and generous sending updates about Oreo. She knew just what he needed. Every picture she sent he was happy and having a great time. I know for sure he had a better time than I did last weekend! Thank you Lori!!!!

Lisa and Tim are absolutely amazing. Their family’s love for “our child” Bailey made leaving her overnight for the first time comforting and gave us relief. Lisa let us bring Bailey before hand to get acclimated and spend time getting used to her home. Let’s just say Bailey has a great time. Pictures of her helping her daughter with homework and picking the girls up from school help put us at ease. Once we saw her napping and having movie night on the couch, we were able to enjoy our time away from home. Their family’s love for Bailey helped make a nervous night away quite enjoyable. We highly recommend Lisa and Tim.

Samantha is so great with our pup, he loves going there! This is the second visit at Samantha’s and she always sends pictures and provides updates during his stay! She’s great, and so easy to work with! Will definitely recommend her and will use her again!

We used Rover and Katie & John for the first time, leaving our Cookie, a 10 year old Golden Doodle with them for 2 weeks. I read previous reviews and after our pre- meeting Cookie appeared to feel comfortable, so we booked. This experience was by far not what I expected! This family was the sweetest, most caring and loving family and Cookie moved right in! She enjoyed cuddles and play and treats every day and Katie was fantastic about sending pictures and messages reassuring us Cookie was having a great experience! I couldn’t be more pleased and will certainly be using Katie and John in the future! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the peace of mind to truly enjoy our vacation!
