On time and communicative. I was worried about being gone for a month but the cats seem to have done just fine with Kaitlyn's help, which was a big relief.

Kim was great with our cats. Kim even got our timid cat to come out to be pet. She was always on time and sent cute pictures too. Highly recommend Kim, she was great with our last-minute booking as well.

Ann was wonderful with my shy young cat! She checked in on her thoughtfully and was very communicative with me. I absolutely recommend her!

This is the second time we are using Sara’s service, so this review is for our previous experience as well as this experience with Sara as our cat sitter: Sara is not just a cat sitter, she’s a care taker in general. She would keep the place clean, spend time with our cat Titan, send us prompt updates with pics and vids of Titan. She communicates very well and is a very kind person. We left a list of things to do for Titan’s care - she went above and beyond. We trust her so much and she is the ideal person you’d leave your precious animals with. You can always count on Sara!

She was so kind to my cat and vivi liked her a lot. That’s not usual with a cat. Thanks to Maria kindness and efforts. That’s a special trait.

Holly did an amazing job taking care of our cat. She dropped in and made sure he had food and water, brushed him, watched birds with him... Our cat definitely has a new friend! She stopped by our apartment to meet Carlton before we left to make sure she would get along well with him. Even though she is a dog owner, she knew how to treat our cat, making sure our cat smelled her and was comfortable before petting him. We felt at ease knowing Carlton was in good hands while we were away!

Emily did an excellent job updating me on my cats while I was away. Followed instructions and was very communicative during the time I was away. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a great pet sitter.

I was impressed with Kim! From day one, the cats bonded with her, which is unusual, especially when meeting someone new. She went above and beyond doing what was asked, including crushing pills, giving them attention if they wanted it and opening the door so they could get some fresh air and sun through the screen. By the third day they were following her around the house. She's light on her feet and very patient with them. To add perspective, when my adult children come home, the cats hide, even though two of the cats grew up with the kids. Before the week was over, I had already booked her for several other times this summer!
