Lillian was absolutely wonderful with our two Shih Tzus, Smokey and Bandit. From our initial meet-and-greet to a last-minute request for a walk and feeding, she was professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. She kept us updated, responded promptly, and gave us complete peace of mind knowing our dogs were in great hands. It was clear that she genuinely cared for Smokey and Bandit, and they were happy and well cared for every time she looked after them. We highly recommend Lillian to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and caring dog sitter. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!

My cat Salem is super shy around most people but warmed up quickly to Victoria and adored her. She was the perfect drop in sitter! She is very caring and did an excellent job making sure all of Salem’s needs were met while I was away.
