As a first-time user of Rover and an anxious pet owner, the experience exceeded my expectations. The Rover platform connected us with Phil, a consistent, punctual, and kind caregiver who looked after our pet while we were away. Phil did everything he could to ensure our pet felt comfortable and received the daily attention and care that every pet lover hopes for. I would give Stephanie 10 stars if I could. She is incredibly sweet, thorough, and communicative. She leaves detailed cards about your pet’s visits and lots of pictures! She’s very good about the times of her visits and goes the extra mile. My kitty got a little sick from the stress and she took her to the vet twice for me and administered medications! I truly could not have asked for a better sitter.

Rebecca was a phenomenal sitter for my cat, Oliver. Truly went above and beyond with daily updates and thorough descriptions. I had tons of peace of mind knowing he was under her care. You can really tell Rebecca loves animals and is incredibly responsible. Highly recommend. Thank you for all your help!

I would like to express my endless gratitude to Angelique for the incredible care and dedication shown to my beloved cat Sonny. She has been an absolute godsend. Because of an injury I was unable to feed and take care of my cat’s needs. Angelique not only met those needs, but far exceeded them as she showered him with genuine love and warmth that he looked forward to eagerly with every visit. In addition to her unmatched professionalism and obvious expertise and knowledge in caring for pets, Angelique is exceptionally kind and is an absolute joy to be around. She has a rare quality of bringing light and cheerfulness into the room the moment she arrives. I cannot imagine a better petsitter than Angelique and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the very best care for their precious little ones.

I could set my clock with Jenn’s timeliness. Always there for the entire agreed upon time, and she kept our Oscar fed, brushed and loved whilst we were gone. Thank you for being such a professional.

Alexa did a great job taking care of our 3 cats! She provided detailed updates and pictures and clearly enjoyed getting to know our kitties. I'll definitely be enlisting her services again next time we travel!

Stephanie was great! She was reliable and gave my cat his insulin shot. The house was in good order! All the instructions were followed to the letter. She’s also very sweet and accommodating.

Neil is very communicative, and detailed oriented. He takes excellent care of my little guy, and trust his safety in Neil’s hands. Definitely recommended.

While we were away, a heat wave hit and temperatures at home rose into the 90s. Our indoor thermostat was still set for heat, but Valerie noticed the issue, proactively contacted us, and worked with us to switch the AC on. We can’t imagine how miserable our cats would have been without her attentiveness. We’re very grateful for her care and quick thinking!

Peter is super responsive available at short notice. My pets took an immediate liking to him. He is a natural with animals. Great professional demeanor, and Clear communicator

Nicole did an awesome job with my cat Scruffy. In the 10 years he's been living with me, 7 days was the longest time I'd ever left him alone, so I was a little nervous about it. But Nicole hit it off with Scruffy- I could see from all the photos she sent that they connected well and was very comfortable with her. (She takes fantastic and varied photos so you really get a sense of how the drop in sessions are going and how her relationship with your pet is developing.) Her Rover cards are extremely well written an insightful and gave me confidence in being able to relax and know that beloved pet was being well taken care of. Nicole was great at following detailed instructions about my cat's finicky eating habits and quirky playing patterns. Now when I plan my next trip I can have peace of mind that I will have such a caring and knowledgeable cat sitter who will ensure that Scruffy is looked after and cared for. Thanks, Nicole!

I was so sad to leave my cat alone for the first time in years, and I can’t express what a godsend Selina was to me and him— she made the whole thing stress-free and easy!! I looked forward to her sweet updates and adorable pictures every day!! She took amazing care of him, and it was such a relief knowing he had a buddy checking in on him while I was gone. Would absolutely recommend her to other pet parents.

Ambroja did a great job looking after our cat Miko! She was super professional, and gave Miko enough time to warm up to her. She was super patient, and also provided regular updates throughout the days we were gone. We will definitely want Ambroja to look after Miko again 😊
