Laura was great! My dog was comfortable with her right away, which put me at ease. She responded promptly to messages, and was very accommodating to our needs. I appreciated the pictures and updates that she sent us. I would definitely work with her again, and highly recommend her.

Jillian was very responsive, sending lots of pictures and messages to reassure us that Hurley was doing well. I feel I can leave Hurley without worry. Knowing that he's in Jillian's capable and caring hands gives our family much more flexibility.

Bella was great. She was very communicative with us as anxious dog parents and was awesome in taking the time to get to learn my Belgian Malinois' routine. Lucy was happy and well cared for while we were gone. Will absolutely book Bella again!

Madelyn has been excellent with my geriatric anxious shepherd and his full of energy sister:) even made a pit stop back when my flight was delayed

Jessica and Guillermo were an awesome find for us during our recent trip for our anniversary. Our usual sitter was unavailable, so we turned to Rovet to find a replacement and Jessica stood out with her warm and reassuring demeanor. We had specific instructions for the care of our pets, and Jessica and Guillermo followed them meticulously. From feeding schedules to outdoor safety, they ensured that our babies were well taken care of. The regular updates through text, photos, and videos were a delightful surprise and kept us connected to our pets throughout our trip. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our furry family members, and that meant the world to us. Not only did Jessica and Guillermo provide excellent care for our pets, but they also respected our home.. We can't thank them enough for making our time away less stressful and for taking such good care of our beloved pets. Our boys have a history of not doing well when we leave for a few days, but this time was an exception! Allore was friendly, puntual, and kept us in the loop when needed while we were on our weekend trip. Already booked her for our next trip because our boys did so well with her! 10/10
