Katie was incredible! This was our first time leaving our new rescue cat for a couple of days, and she eased my nerves immediately. She is reliable and trustworthy. I booked Arabella for 5 drop in visits with my 2 cats and after meeting her for the first time, I had 0 doubts that they would be well cared for. She updated me about how they were doing for each visit, left detailed and informative summaries for me (with pictures), and had no problem following all of the instructions I left for her. She clearly has plenty of experience with animals, and I will absolutely be booking her again. 10/10, I definitely recommend choosing Arabella for any pet sitting needs.
Lisbeth stayed in our home with our 6 month old kitten, Nala, for a week whilst we were on vacation and took great care of her! She was diligent and thorough in asking about Nala's routine, kept us updated throughout the week on her wellbeing and it was clear that Nala was very relaxed and happy with her.
