This was my 1st time using Rover so I was nervous of leaving my pups with a stranger for the day. As soon as I met Katherine her friendly attitude helped when I dropped off My Jade and Rosie. Her communication was great from the moment I drove off she sent me a message that my pups were calm and that they were warming up to her and her pups. Throughout the day she sent me pics and videos, I was at peace knowing they were in good hands. She is great with animals. I will absolutely be using Katherine’s services again. Lisa and her husband Joe are so welcoming. We left our meet and greet feeling so at ease and comfortable with our decision to leave our 6 month old puppy Orzo for a full day. They’re very thorough in assessing and analyzing our pup’s needs. They were very interactive from the moment we walked through the door. She is very responsive upon reaching out and has an open line of communication throughout the time you’re fur baby is in their care. Orzo seemed so happy and was treated with so much love and affection that it warmed our hearts. We are so excited and comfortable to have found someone that we can trust for future stays. Thank you, Lisa and Joe! I’m sure wiggle butt Orzo will be excited to see you both again very soon.

I needed day care for our little Yorkie Bella while some work was being done at my house, and Kelvin took great care of her! (Monica was out of town on the days that I needed help) He could see that Bella was a little nervous in a new environment so he kept her near him (and away from the other dogs) the whole time while he was working from home. Everything turned out great! He sent many pics and cute comments to let me know that things were going fine. We will definitely book again with Monica and Kelvin when Monica is back, so we can start working on socializing Bella with their 2 adorable pups!

My little pup Luna had a great time with Christine and her dogs. When we arrived there were 5 other sweet dogs and Luna was comfortable and playing within moments. Christine sent photos of the dogs throughout the day, playing and lounging together so I knew Luna was doing good. When I picked her up she was still playing and happy. Christine is such a nice person too, easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use her again.

Nicole was great with our dogs! Communication was excellent, she sent lots of pictures, was very flexible, and our dogs looked happy and well cared for. We’d definitely book with her again.
