This was my 1st time using Rover so I was nervous of leaving my pups with a stranger for the day. As soon as I met Katherine her friendly attitude helped when I dropped off My Jade and Rosie. Her communication was great from the moment I drove off she sent me a message that my pups were calm and that they were warming up to her and her pups. Throughout the day she sent me pics and videos, I was at peace knowing they were in good hands. She is great with animals. I will absolutely be using Katherine’s services again. This was my first time leaving the boys with a sitter. We were traveling on a shopping trip and Juan was close to where we were shopping. Juan was so welcoming when we first arrived and the boys were very happy when I picked them up. He took them for a walk which was appreciated as they had been in a car for a bit. I will definitely use Juan again when I am in the neighborhood.

Monica is absolutely amazing! She has such a warm personality, puts your mind at ease with photos and updates, and overall great with dogs! I could tell our furbaby really enjoyed staying with her for daycare!

Great experience! They took really good care of Quinn and made sure she was happy and comfortable the whole time. I appreciated all the updates and photos - it made me feel at ease while I was at work. Quinn got nice walks and plenty of attention, and it was clear she was in good hands. My little pup Luna had a great time with Christine and her dogs. When we arrived there were 5 other sweet dogs and Luna was comfortable and playing within moments. Christine sent photos of the dogs throughout the day, playing and lounging together so I knew Luna was doing good. When I picked her up she was still playing and happy. Christine is such a nice person too, easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use her again.

Leo is very particular with people, but he loves Rocío’s warm welcome and caring personality. He is always happy to see her, and I know he is in great hands when he’s with her! ❤️
