Janise did a great job taking care of my dog, Cashew, while keeping me updated. She sends a good amount of pictures throughout the day, and they made it very apparent that Cashew was having a blast.

John has been watching my pup all summer. She jumps into his arms when she sees him. Makes leaving her feel safe and secure knowing she is so happy there.

They are very professional, experienced, and thoughtful. They took the time to understand Kuma’s personality and needs, and sent me daily photo updates. Kuma had so much fun with them and got along great with their dog, Nala. When I picked up Kuma, she didn’t even want to leave! I’m so grateful for their thoughtful care and would highly recommend them.

Amanda has always taken such great care of our baby! We always know Daisy is in the best care and get constant updates. We will definitely book again with Amanda for our next trip!

This was my first time using Rover and I had such a great experience leaving Bruno with Bridget! He had a little bit of a rough start to the stay as he wasn’t used to staying with her but she was so patient. She communicated quickly and was accommodating when my flight was delayed significantly. Definitely will book again and highly recommend!

Michael and his wife were truly amazing! From the beginning, they were incredibly kind and accommodating. I made a mistake with my booking, and they were so understanding and flexible, they were able to host my two dogs for an extra day without any issue, which I really appreciated. Lal was amazing! She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos and checked in every day. My dog can be nervous but Lal handled it so well, even when my dog got sick. Lal took great care of her and I would happily rebook!

Wei Han takes perfect care of our dog - just as if he were her own. She gives him plenty of exercise and stimulation, and she’s always reliable. Best dog sitter we’ve ever had!

Adam was very sweet with Hazel and took great care of her. He’s very responsive and easy going. Hazel had plenty of fun at the dog park and bonding with his dog Hermes. Would definitely book again in the future.

Annett was super flexible, I had a last minute request which she was able to coordinate despite the short notice. She was super communicative during my fur baby’s stay, sending lots of updates and photos. It was clear that Chloe had a lovely time with Annett, going on nice long walks and getting lots of cuddles. Ivette & Gonzalo were great and very accomodating. They took care of Vienna, and updated me every day with photos, I was a peace of mind. The pick up was in Times Square which gets very crowded and busy (there was also a storm happening), they were very patient and ensure safe af convenient pickup as well as drop-off.
