We are so happy to have found Suzanne, and we truly appreciate the peace of mind she provided when we had to unexpectedly step away from our kitties for a couple days. Excellent communication, super thorough with check ins … and my cats (who hate strangers, or so I thought) loved her! Jennifer took incredible care of my two-year-old cat, and I couldn’t be happier! This was my first time having someone outside of my family pet sit, so I was definitely nervous — but Jennifer instantly put me at ease. I left very specific instructions and shared my worries with her, and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She kept me updated after every visit with detailed reports and plenty of photos, which I truly appreciated. From her updates and the way my little guy looked in the pictures, I could tell he trusted her completely and felt safe and loved in her care.
