Dog Boarding in Highland Lakes

Carla was wonderful! It was the first time I’ve EVER boarded any pet, let alone our two 11 month old pups. I was worried about how they’d behave and just the whole experience. Carla made it easy and our dogs got along well and had fun playing together. It is such a relief to know that I now have options for their care when we need it in the future. Thank you Carla!!!

Lin is amazing. We had an international trip scheduled and two days before leaving our pit sitter cancelled on us. In a panic we jumped onto the Rover app and found Lin. We have to admit we were nervous but the minute we met Lin all of our worries went away. Lin is kind, warm, and took great care of our doggie. She communicated often and sent us videos and updates on how things were going. We were so lucky to have Lin help us at the last minute, our doggie came home happy and healthy. We would gladly leave Asher with Lin in the future. Thank you so much Lin!

Deb and Vic are awesome! They were very accommodating with frequent communication including daily pictures. We always knew how our dogs were behaving. Our vacation was very relaxing knowing our “babies” were in loving hands.

Sujanna was terrific with my old (15) Mini Dachshund, Annie. She was so well cared for and Sujanna went above and beyond to keep her comfortable and happy. It is clear that Sujanna loves dogs and is thoughtful and deliberate in their care, especially with Annie and age related issues she has. Sujanna has my highest recommendation.

Westley had a great time with Morgan. She had no trouble with my crazy lab pup. Morgan responded quickly when I had any questions or asked for a pupdate. We will definitely be using her again.

Nina and Laura have a great setup for boarding with a large fenced in outdoor area. We were at ease leaving our precious furbabies with them as they seem like very experienced dog trainers and handlers. They gave fairly regular updates with photos and let us know that the pups had eaten and they administered medications and extras to their food like we asked. Most importantly they pups seemed very happy and healthy when we picked them up and we could tell that they had a great time. I also had the impression that Nina and Laura enjoyed their time with our pups. So overall a very positive experience.

Peri has the best time with Fiona, he absolutely adores her. Fiona fed him by hand when he wouldn’t eat (I forgot HIS bowls) lol. I get lots of pics and he’s always happy. He loves his visits. And so do I! It’s a wonderful feeling not to worry about your baby when you’re gone. Fiona is the best!

Lauren was great with my pup. She sent me pics several times throughout her stay. Cleo was quite at home!!! I would definitely recommend her services!!!

My GSD had a wonderful stay at Alexis’. He got everything we could’ve thought of: long walks, belly rubs and undivided attention. Alexis kept us informed, sent pictures of one happy dog, was very understanding and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back, Alexis is one of a very few people I can trust my dog with.

We completed our dog Milo's second boarding stay with Carolina. The minute we got out of the car at her house, our dog was pulling on his leash to race towards her backyard gate so I knew he was happy to be back. We always have peace of mind while going away for several days knowing our dog is in good hands. I highly recommend Carolina & her family for a warm and safe environment for a boarding stay.

Lieb was an amazing dog sitter!! We were in a bit of a time crunch finding a dog sitter last minute, and were so thankful that he responded quickly. From the moment we dropped off our dog, we knew she was in great hands. Lieb and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming, and showed us around their spacious fenced-in backyard for the dogs to run around in. What really impressed us was the level of attention and care they provide. They made sure to follow all of our dog’s daily routines: from breakfast after her morning walk, to making sure she slept in her covered crate each night. They also sent us daily photos and updates, which we really appreciated and looked forward to. When we came to pick her up, she almost didn’t want to leave! It was obvious she had a great time and was treated with so much love and individual attention. They even made sure to give her space from the other dogs when needed if they noticed she ever got overwhelmed, which really showed us how attentive and thoughtful they were. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We’ll absolutely be recommending them to others, and definitely be coming back whenever we need a sitter again!

I had never left my little guy with anyone but family. Carol made me and Butchie feel so at ease . She sent lots of updates with pictures. This allowed us to have a good time knowing Butchie was being so well taken care of. Butchie, Gary and I thank you .

Excellent last minute host when we needed it. Lots of play and exercise was had. A happy dog was returned.

We went away for 8 days on our honeymoon and booked Sandra after meeting her and reading all of her raving reviews. This was the first time we were leaving our fur baby with anyone and we were so nervous since he is very energetic and just turned 1 year old. Sandra put our minds at ease and took such great care of our corgi pup Kylo! She was so flexible and nice. She also allowed me to contact references on my own before booking. Additionally, she sent text/photo updates every day and even kept Kylo an extra day due to our flight home being cancelled and delayed until the following day. Very happy we found Sandra and we would be happy to rebook with her if we have an extended trip again! :)

Jeniffer was great with my Blueie.. she fed him, she walked him, played with him, & gave him treats. He gave her lots of hugs and kisses. She was very attentive to him. Send me pictures and videos and best of all she did it on short notice. I would not hesitate to use her again. She's fantastic.!!!

Both Rhea/Michael treat my Rosiejune as one if their own. She enjoys her stay with them both. Thanks for taking great care of her. Will set up again for her stay. Marsha/Charlie

Vicky was a terrific caretaker for my cat Meadow. She asked lots of relevant questions to make sure Meadow’s stay was the best it could be. She kept me updated with notes and photos, and was just a lovely host for my beloved cat.

Melissa and her family are just AMAZING!!!! They took such great care of my dog that I wasn't sure if she'd want to return home :-) I received multiple videos a day that kept me up-to-date on Harley's fun. What a treat to see my dog so happy, playing fetch, going on long walks and snuggling on the couch. She definitely fit right into Melissa's family and I can't thank Melissa (and her family) enough for creating such a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere for my pup.
