We always receive updates and photos, which gives us peace of mind knowing our dog is happy and well cared for while we’re away. Our dog gets excited every time he arrives. Shama is a thorough professional, warm, and friendly dog walker. She made sure Cooper was walked well and even customized the walk according to his specific needs. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism when she voluntarily returned a portion of the fee after I requested a shorter walk than the originally agreed 30 minutes. That gesture reflects genuine integrity and care for her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate dog walking services.
