While we were away, a heat wave hit and temperatures at home rose into the 90s. Our indoor thermostat was still set for heat, but Valerie noticed the issue, proactively contacted us, and worked with us to switch the AC on. We can’t imagine how miserable our cats would have been without her attentiveness. We’re very grateful for her care and quick thinking!

We have trust Philsung multiple times now to take care of my fur baby and not only does my dog love him but he makes sure to treat them as if they were his own.
