Jon was great, and went far beyond just feeding our cats and taking care of the litter box. We had just suffered the loss of a beloved sibling of our cats and Jon was especially sensitive to their emotional needs- especially one who was grieving hard - even just checking in on them to make sure they were OK. We not only got detailed reports of their activities, but also comments regarding their mood. By the time we returned home from our trip they were back to normal. highly recommend Jon... He cares.

Katrina has always been great! This time she very kindly picked up our cat from the emergency vet at night and got him settled at home when we had logistics issues getting back from vacation.
