On time and communicative. I was worried about being gone for a month but the cats seem to have done just fine with Kaitlyn's help, which was a big relief.
Madeline has visited with our pup 3 times now. She is fantastic. Missy has stranger anxiety and Madeline is super patient with her and willing to meet her where she is, every time. She seeks guidance on how to approach certain situations with our dog so as not to make her more nervous. I HIGHLY recommend Madeline!
Nicole took amazing care of my senior cat who is a bit shy and reserved, but Nicole made sure my cat felt comfortable and safe. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind. When I returned, my cat seemed relaxed and well-cared for.

Ethan was fantastic watching my two cats while my family was on vacation.
