We recently had Paulette care for our cat, Lilah, and she was absolutely exceptional. From the very first visit, it was clear how attentive and genuinely caring she is. Lilah immediately took to her—Paulette spent time playing with her, brushing her, and making sure all of her needs were met while we were away. What really stood out were the incredibly detailed updates and photos she sent after every visit. It gave us so much peace of mind to see how happy and comfortable Lilah was in her care. We’ve had many cat sitters over the years, and Paulette is truly the best we’ve ever worked with. Her reliability, communication, and kindness made all the difference. Jake took very good care of Izzy and, more importantly, made me feel confident that he was being cared for while I was away.
