Nathan was professional and polite. He jumped right in with Mabel during our meet and greet and used the app to let me know he was coming and going and to send pics of my spoiled pooch acting spoiled. Highly recommend.

David is absolutely amazing. I took amazing care of our dogs while we were on vacation for 8 days. He is precise, honest, kind, trustworthy, and an absolute gem. Our dogs were well taken care of. He sent us updates and pictures daily. He went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at peace and comfortable. The dogs took to him so well on the first meet and greet. He made himself available last minute for us and worked with us every step of the way. I can’t say enough about how great he is. We will definitely use his services again. Natalie was great!! She took great care of the cats, bearded dragon and even my plants while I was gone! I was sent lots of cute pictures of the pets and her playing with them and I knew they were in good hands. She treated the pets and house like it was her own and made sure everything was how we would like it. 100% recommend!

Alexandra was a great help. Her photographs of my cats playing and rolling around very much reassured me that all was well while I was gone! When my plans changed and I had to come home early due to an injury, she continued the booking in order to help out with pet care as I mended. I had opportunity to interact with her and see firsthand her level of professionalism, confidence, and reliability. Five stars from all of us!

Davene did an excellent job looking after our two cats. She communicated well before, during, and after each visit. She made sure they finished their food and medicine and even stayed a little extra to keep them company which was a lovely touch. We'll look to Davene again to watch over them during our future travels!

Andrea went above and beyond to care for our dogs while we were away. Our dogs are very temperamental so it’s not often that someone can win their trust and their hearts like Andrea did. Her love for pets shined through the moment she met them. She was punctual, followed all of our instructions and even provided extras like cooling them off with a cold wet towel when they came in from outside during the heatwave. She took great pictures and left detailed updates about her visit. This enabled us to enjoy our vacation without having to worry about our dogs. We will definitely hire Andrea again!
