Emma, absolutely spoiled Kenzo! He had a blast with her, she took care of every need of our demanding cat. Kept us updated throughout and sent us loads of photos. Can’t thank her enough for the amazing hospitality!

We recently had Paulette care for our cat, Lilah, and she was absolutely exceptional. From the very first visit, it was clear how attentive and genuinely caring she is. Lilah immediately took to her—Paulette spent time playing with her, brushing her, and making sure all of her needs were met while we were away. What really stood out were the incredibly detailed updates and photos she sent after every visit. It gave us so much peace of mind to see how happy and comfortable Lilah was in her care. We’ve had many cat sitters over the years, and Paulette is truly the best we’ve ever worked with. Her reliability, communication, and kindness made all the difference. Xingcheng (Connie) looked after my two boys, Bobby and Jack, for 14 days while I was traveling, and she is hands-down the most reliable and best cat sitter I have ever had! She connected with them instantly, played with them regularly, and sent me tons of daily pictures and videos. I always felt completely at ease knowing they were in such excellent care. She gave me regular updates on their food and kept the litter box spotlessly clean. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire stay, so I always knew exactly how they were doing. Jake took phenomenal care of both mug pets while I was gone. He McAfee sure that Lark was getting all of her meds and made sure she was eating a she is sensitive to my absence. He was a hot to work with.
