We recently had Paulette care for our cat, Lilah, and she was absolutely exceptional. From the very first visit, it was clear how attentive and genuinely caring she is. Lilah immediately took to her—Paulette spent time playing with her, brushing her, and making sure all of her needs were met while we were away. What really stood out were the incredibly detailed updates and photos she sent after every visit. It gave us so much peace of mind to see how happy and comfortable Lilah was in her care. We’ve had many cat sitters over the years, and Paulette is truly the best we’ve ever worked with. Her reliability, communication, and kindness made all the difference. Brittany is trustworthy and reliable, she did an amazing job dropping in on and taking care of my 2 cats Sky and Pixel while we were away. She provided updates daily and accomadated the schedule I requested. I would strongly recommend her to look after your babies.

Frida was amazing! Our cat is usually not a people person but he was unusually receptive to Frida. She took great care of him and made sure he was well fed, clean and took time to play with him. We felt at ease with Frida in our home which she took great care of. We would be happy to welcome her back for future visits!
