We recently had Paulette care for our cat, Lilah, and she was absolutely exceptional. From the very first visit, it was clear how attentive and genuinely caring she is. Lilah immediately took to her—Paulette spent time playing with her, brushing her, and making sure all of her needs were met while we were away. What really stood out were the incredibly detailed updates and photos she sent after every visit. It gave us so much peace of mind to see how happy and comfortable Lilah was in her care. We’ve had many cat sitters over the years, and Paulette is truly the best we’ve ever worked with. Her reliability, communication, and kindness made all the difference. Neha took such incredible care of our cat when we were traveling! She sent the sweetest video updates, and was so detailed in making sure she was giving our Charlotte all the love, food and treats we asked her to!
