I was so happy for my Bulldog Earl to receive such excellent care and also make some new friends with Carolina, her family and their dog Daisy. I was oversees and didn’t have to worry once how Earl was. She updated me daily with a note and pics. I have already used her again and will continue to do so in the near future. I might even see if she wants to set up playdates with her dog and visiting dog pals.

We had a traumatic experience with a previous dog sitter when Amber was once lost while boarding. Thankfully, we were incredibly fortunate to bring her back home safely. Since that incident, Kun has been the only sitter we trust — and the only one Amber is truly happy to stay with. Kun is not only kind and responsive, but he and his wife have also become a comforting presence for Amber. Every time she sees them, her tail wags with joy. I highly recommend Christina (and Nick), they did a great job watching my sometimes anxious dog. Christina was very organized and detailed, very specific updates were provided morning and night along with lots of pictures and she even handled giving him medication twice a day. I am very happy with the care they provided and look forward to her hosting my dog again soon.

Rhea and Michael took care of our dog as if it was their own! I received daily updates with pictures of him and I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was in good hands! They are a wonderful family! ❤️

Ankita took such wonderful care of Archie, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! She kept us consistently updated with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from every update that Archie was happy, relaxed, and comfortable in her care, he didn’t seem skittish at all, which says a lot. You can really tell how much she loves animals, her care, attention, and genuine affection for Archie came through in every interaction. Liz was great with Tucker. She sent photos to help ease my mind while away from him. She provided prompt responses. She took my pup to the park, on nice walks, and let him play with her kids. I definitely would recommend her!

Keisy took care of my two small dogs (Toby and Hunter) for ten straight days while I was away for vacation at a different state. She sent me pictures, videos, and updates every single day to ensure to me that they were well taken care of. When I took Toby home, he seemed really depressed that he was no longer with her. That's how much she loved and cared for my dogs. She even gave them a bath and washed and cleaned their bowls when I finally picked them up. Keisy is excellent and I highly recommend her when choosing someone to take care of your beloved pets. I hope Keisy can take care of my dogs again when I need a petsitter. We had the pleasure of having Yesenia and Manny as our dog sitter from May 31st to June 2nd for our beloved pet, Kiwi. Paola was professional and friendly during all my interactions with her. During our meet and greet, she showed love, caring, patience, and compassionate energy with my Ruffles. Being my first time leaving Ruffles with a stranger I was nervous and anxious but Paola kept in constant communication with me. She sent me pictures of Ruffles and kept me informed of daily activities. I recommend her and will be using her services again.

Juan and his family provided a loving and safe home for my bichon Clyde when I was away for a week. Clyde was happy when I picked him up and looked well cared for. Due to a snow storm, our flight back was canceled and Juan was gracious and quick to accommodate an extension. He sent photos daily with quick updates so I felt ease of mind, and was also willing to have Clyde over for an hour before the vacation to make sure he acclimated. I would recommend Juan anytime and plan to use his help again in the future.

Boarding with Maureen couldn’t have gone better with our pup! We were updated on our dog Fern’s activities with pictures throughout her stay, which showed us how comfortable she was with the family getting all the snuggles and people time. Maureen kept Fern’s routine very similar to her normal weekly routine taking her on walks and allowing her plenty of time to relax with people on the couch. Fern loved her stay with Maureen! We will happily choose Maureen and her family for Fern’s next boarding:)

Tricia was beyond wonderful. She was incredibly accommodating to me and my pup- from scheduling a meet and greet to being flexible with drop off and pick up times. Tricia was nothing short of fully transparent and communicative and sent multiple pictures and updates throughout the day, every single day of my pups stay. I felt very comfortable knowing that my pup was in wonderful hands. I would highly recommend Tricia to anyone looking for an incredibly experienced caregiver who has a true love and passion for caring for animals and will be diligent throughout the stay.

My first experience with Rover and i have to say that Ms. Katherine truly eased my entire experience with caring for my fur baby. Teresa was absolutely amazing with our dog Cash this weekend. From the very beginning, she communicated clearly and made us feel completely comfortable leaving him in her care.
