I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism when she voluntarily returned a portion of the fee after I requested a shorter walk than the originally agreed 30 minutes. Lisa was a great caregiver for our Westie, Casper. He is very shy with new people (he’s a Covid puppy and is not used to a lot of strangers!) and she was able to build a rapport with him quickly. We will be asking Lisa back for future visits!
