Geoff is an excellent sitter! He has dropping in on my dogs, Jelly & Bean, on multiple occasions for the past month and has done such a great job. He's always followed all instructions, ensured consistent communication, and provided timely updates and pics/videos during each visit. Alison was a great sitter for my cat Stevie! He was in a great mood when we got home. Alison sent lots of pics and was super responsive to my messages.

I believe Karin has a gift of making animals relax and be comfortable . In the photos she sent I could see Coco snuggling up to her. That bonding was most appreciated by me. I could also how Karin attended to Coco's basic needs. I am hopeful Karin can return to care for Coco when I go away in the future

Marc is great, he schedules and communicates extremely well. Does a great job with updates on the visits and we feel very comfortable with him.

Claudine took the time to come and meet our dogs before walking them, and has been an absolute gem! The updates are perfect, and we are so happy we found her!

Super help when my flight was delayed and I needed an extra visit last minute after he already left and returned the key! Thank you so much again for the trouble :)

Cassie is an excellent cat sitter. She is a lovely person and very dependable. She looked after my cats about two weeks, and took good care of them. I was happy to receive photos of each visit, and seeing that my two cats were getting attention while I was away. She left everything in perfect shape when I returned. I also appreciate that she brought in my mail and packages that were delivered despite having my mail on hold with both UPS and USPS. I highly recommend Cassie to care for your pets. I look forward to seeing her again soon!

Maryann built a good relationship with our cat and dog. I felt very confident leaving them in her care. She handled our dog’s three different medications very well. All was well when we returned home!

Andrew was a very last minute booking as my family member whom usually keeps an eye on TIMO has been sick and I was taking a multi day trip and needed someone to keep an eye on TIMO (he loves play time and companionship!). I met Andrew on the morning that I was leaving and agreed to keep an eye on him. He dropped by later that afternoon to start his sessions and Timo welcomed him in. Each time Andrew came back Timo would welcome him at the door and was looking forward to playtime! Also Andrew would send timely communications and pictures and usually a short video clip of playtime 🐱and usually would stay a tad extra each time! Additionally there was one day that Timo pulled out a power cable connecting his water fountain feeder and thermostat and he was able to identify the source and plug it back in. I’m so very happy TIMO was able to warm up to Andrew quickly and would highly recommend for anyone looking for the care of their cat .. with care as if it was his own pet. Also, Timo wants to thank Andrew for bringing him a new toy and genuinely loving playtime every day. Thank you 😸

This is my second booking with Nicole. I was out of town for 5 days and I felt completely relaxed and without a worry because Nicole was watching my pets. I highly recommend hiring Nicole - she is kind, patient, caring, professional, and just an overall great person!

This time was a rebook, as we went on an extended vacation. Tez was so kind and super attentive to our cats. Her check-ins were always so thorough and made us smile :) We will definitely book with her again!

Tom is an amazing dog sitter and walker. I was out of town and he took great care of my two dogs in my absence through check-ins and was very thorough on updating me throughout my absence. I will definitely be using his services in the future. :)
