Joe took great care of Princess while I was away. From the start, he was professional, caring and attentive to every detail. He provided daily updates with photos and little notes, which gave me such peace of mind. My cat’s feeding schedule was perfectly followed, litter boxes were spotless and Princess seemed happy and relaxed when I got home. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a truly trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter. He is a gem, and I’ll definitely be calling him again!

This is the second time that we have used Andrew to drop in on our cat while we are away. Each time he has sent amazing pictures and given great updates for us so we would not worry while away. I had to unexpectedly work late and Jill had no problem rushing back over to feed and hang out with my cat last minute. She is very reliable and responded quick.

Alexa is always the best with my dogs and never disappoints. She puts tremendous amount of care into my pets and I couldn’t be happier with her service. My dogs love her and she is very trustworthy and dependable. I wouldn’t even hesitate to book her again.

Colleen is great! She has been taking care of my little Enzo for about 5 months now and I completely trust her. She provides such a loving and caring space for Enzo. She’s extremely vigilant and self aware. She goes the extra mile to ensure that Enzo is okay when she’s there and once she leaves. It feels like she’s part of the family and Enzo absolutely loves her. In addition, she has trained Enzo so well since he’s only a 7 month old puppy. Lastly, she follows any instructions for Enzo’s needs.

Jennifer is an amazing sitter and took very good care of Kingsley. I was worried I wouldn’t find a good cat sitter, but she checked all the points on my list. Very caring, friendly and respectful. 10/10

I highly recommend Irem! There was a severe snowstorm, but they arrived hours early to ensure they would be able to make it to give my dog his insulin. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
