Dog Boarding in Old Tappan

We had a great experience with Cathy. We had a meet-and-greet beforehand and she explained thoroughly how she works with the dogs in her care. It was clear that she (1) truly loves dogs and (2) takes the role of pet sitter seriously. We felt at ease leaving our beloved Charlie in her hands. Cathy sent us photos of Charlie daily, along with comments on how he was doing. When we picked him up a week later, he looked happy and healthy - a good sign that all was well! We would recommend Cathy to anyone who needs to feel reassured that their dog will be well cared for while away.

Priscilla took great care of Rocco! She was very communicative and flexible with our needs. Will definitely recommend her to our friends and family.

Ann was amazing with our Dog Marco. She was very responsive to our needs and took plenty of photos of him while we were away. I would definitely recommend her and use her again.

Peiyi was so responsive with all the questions I had. My cat was in such good hands with her I felt at ease during the whole trip. She kept me updated with pictures and videos. It was so great to have Evelien watch over our goldendoodle, Jupiter, while we went out of town! She kept us updated on how our pup was doing, how he was getting along with the other dogs, and so on, and I never had to worry about him for the entire duration of the trip! Evelien was very accommodating and flexible in terms of the pick-up and drop-off schedule when I got delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Jupiter made friends with Evelien’s three pets too! I’m so happy I found Melissa on Rover! Our dog, Betsy had the BEST time staying at her house for the weekend! Out on hikes, running in and out of creeks, exploring the backyard, and cozy in the house with the family. (+ I didn’t know Betsy was totally ok with cats!) We loved the video and photo updates while we were away. Betsy had so much fun, I kinda want to stay there too next time! 😊 Melissa is a kind soul and will love your pet as if it’s her own. I’m so happy to have met her and her lovely family!

This was the first time we used Rover and we were thrilled with the care Hunter received from Tammy and her family! Hunter seemed to be well cared for and happy while with her and at the time I picked him up. They were even open to him sitting on furniture and beds! I will definitely try to have Tammy care for Hunter again in the near future!

I can't say enough about Lauren and her family! Stella loved her stay with Lauren, we got pictures and updates throughout the day chroniciling all the love and fun she was having! My husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves and know that our fur baby was getting the very best care ever! Lauren was on time, a wonderful communicator and always responsive! If it was possible to give her 10 stars I would! We plan on using her again! Thank you Lauren :)

Jocelyn is an exemplary dog-sitter. My wife and I are always nervous when using a new sitter, but Jocelyn quickly put us at ease. She sent plenty of photos and videos so that we could see Pinto was doing well and when we picked up Pinto the next day he leaned against her leg when saying goodbye (his form of a hug, smile).

Alejandra and Graciela made me and my family feel confident leaving our puppy Bayan in their care. I loved the fact that they constantly sent videos and photos to update me. Their doggy Lola also seemed so happy welcoming our Bayan into her home. Our puppy was properly exercised and was given so much love and attention from all the family members. I had such a positive experience with Alejandra and Graciela’s family, from the initial inquiry until the time we picked up our puppy. I would most definitely trust Alejandra and Graciela when we need someone to watch Bayan for us.
