This is our first time using Rover services to care for our fur baby, Luna. Ann was a pleasure to work with. Our Luna felt right at home from the minute of her meet and greet visit to her stay with Ann. We will definitely use Rover services again and Ann will be our sitter of choice. Cathy is absolutely the best dog sitter!! She is spot on with communication before the stay to make sure you are comfortable and during the stay to keep you updated. My dog Yoshie had the best time there and she was so flexible to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend her! Thank you Cathy!!

Henry and Kyungwon were wonderful with Noodle and Berry. They provided pictures and updates while we were away, which I so appreciated. Both dogs seemed very calm and comfortable upon pickup. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

Rhinesca was great! She took wonderful care of my senior dog, who has special needs, for over a week while I was away. She was friendly, attentive, and provided daily updates, which gave me peace of mind throughout my trip. Most importantly, she gave my dog a happy, comfortable, and caring home while I was gone. Priscilla was a great sitter for our pup, Nubya! She provided regular updates with photos, was very responsive throughout our communication, and flexible wits drop off and pick up plans. We could tell that Nubya settled in right away and felt very comfortable with Priscilla in her home. We are very glad to have found a great sitter nearby and I know our dog will be very happy to spend more time with her!

Our greater swiss mountain dog loved staying at Hope's house. She has beautiful back yard for a dog to run around in. She kept in contact with us on updates and pictures! We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our dog was in such good caring hands. Our dog has special dietary needs, and never once had the slightest bit of concern. We definitely will be using Hope again in the future.

Jocelyn is an exemplary dog-sitter. My wife and I are always nervous when using a new sitter, but Jocelyn quickly put us at ease. She sent plenty of photos and videos so that we could see Pinto was doing well and when we picked up Pinto the next day he leaned against her leg when saying goodbye (his form of a hug, smile).

Thank you so much for taking such great care of my dog, Bora. This was the first time I left Bora with Sunny, so I was a bit nervous — but her family welcomed us warmly and was kind, communicative, and very attentive throughout. Bora seemed happy and well taken care of when he came back home. Overall, I’m very grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

Christina was great with Kyrie! She took the time to get to know her a few weeks before we dropped her off for the night. Christina definitely made us feel at ease and sent us lots of photos and updates throughout the day. We feel so comfortable with her taking care of Kyrie. Thank you SO MUCH!

Great communication!! Peiyi took her time answering all of our questions knowing this was the first time we were leaving our pet with someone else. Provided updates and pics/videos which helped put our mind at ease. Looking forward to using her services again.

Monica and Kelvin took great care of Oliver for several nights. They were professional and attentive to Oliver’s needs and were super easy to communicate with. I felt at ease going out of town knowing that Oliver was being well cared for.

We had a traumatic experience with a previous dog sitter when Amber was once lost while boarding. Thankfully, we were incredibly fortunate to bring her back home safely. Since that incident, Kun has been the only sitter we trust — and the only one Amber is truly happy to stay with. Kun is not only kind and responsive, but he and his wife have also become a comforting presence for Amber. Every time she sees them, her tail wags with joy. Sunday has stayed with Ken and Irene several times. Every time I take him back he runs in like he lives there because he feels so at home with them. They are so amazing with pictures and updates so I can be away and not worry a single bit. He is loved and cared for and has so much fun playing in their yard. Thank you Ken and Irene!!
