Jennifer was an excellent cat sitter for us. She was professional, responsible and very kind. She sent us photos and videos while we were away, which was very reassuring. I plan on booking again with her as often as possible.

It has truly been a pleasure having Zoë as our cat sitter while we were on vacation. Zoë is very pleasant, thorough and thoughtful. She checked in every day with updates, suggestions that were greatly appreciated and even navigated minor challenges very professionally! Deli was extremely sweet and patient with our kitty and literally treated her as her own!! We were having a difficult time with a previous Rover cat sitter, but Deli made it work and rescued the day last minute!! I cannot thank her enough. Deli is definitely our go to moving forward!!

I honestly can’t recommend Justine enough. From even before I booked with Rover, she was incredibly communicative, transparent, and kind. We were in contact for weeks before Max’s stay, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel completely comfortable. As a first-time Rover user, that meant so much to me. While I was away in Mexico, I never had to wonder how Max was doing. Justine sent regular updates with photos and videos, and it was obvious from every update that she genuinely cared about him. She didn’t just watch him—she spent time with him, played with him, and gave him so much love and attention. It was clear he wasn’t just another pet to her. When I picked Max up, he was happy, relaxed, well-fed, and acted like he’d been home the whole time. That’s probably the biggest compliment I can give. I could tell he felt safe and cared for every single day he was with her. On top of that, I accidentally left some of Max’s belongings at her house, and she even took the time to drive them back to me. That level of thoughtfulness really says everything about the kind of person she is. This was my first experience using Rover, and because of Justine, it couldn’t have gone better. She exceeded every expectation I had, and I would trust her with Max again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Justine!

Dan was awesome! He really helped us out on short notice and over a holiday weekend! Great communication and pictures of the kitties. 10/10 would use Dan’s services again!

Lizbeth was amazing and went above and beyond in watching our cats. She followed all instructions and made adjustments when needed. She always checked in and sent pictures. She is very knowledgeable about cats and will do what is best for your pet. We will definitely rebook with Lizbeth for all our future needs.

Alison was a great sitter for my cat Stevie! He was in a great mood when we got home. Alison sent lots of pics and was super responsive to my messages.

Katrina has always been great! This time she very kindly picked up our cat from the emergency vet at night and got him settled at home when we had logistics issues getting back from vacation. She made sure he was safe, gave us an update on his behavior, and made sure we got all the information we need from the vet. We’d recommend her to anyone!

Ashlee was an amazing fit for our Banji and our baby took to her very quickly ! The photo updates were amazing, and it was such a joy working with her. We will be booking her again !!

Janayah is a lovely cat sitter and I highly recommend her. She read and followed all my instructions and took good care of my cat Luna. She provided a couple photos each visit. She played with Luna, kept the litter tidy for her, made sure her food plates were cleaned out and rotated. She has been very responsive in her communication and handled everything well while I was away on vacation. I came back to seeing everything neat and clean in the house as well.
