Alex was absolutely wonderful with my cat, Shakir. It’s clear that she genuinely loves animals and truly enjoys what she does. She was caring, attentive, reliable, and kept me updated while I was away, which gave me great peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable trusting her with my home and my cat, and Shakir was happy and well cared for when I returned. Arina did an excellent job again taking care of my dogs and cat. She was prompt with updating me on everything that was going on, and even went above and beyond when the dogs made additional messes!

Alexa was wonderful! Highly recommend. Took wonderful care of our 2 cats. We have an insulin dependent diabetic cat with bad eyes who is challenging to medicate and is a grumpy old man but she was able to give him his shots. She kept us informed on how things were going and sent along super cute photos each day. Very professional, friendly, and dependable and we have already scheduled to use her again.

Chloe was fantastic with Harley! She was super responsive and kept me updated the whole time with great photo updates, which really put my mind at ease. She stayed on top of every detail—from timely feedings and fresh water to making sure Harley got all her potty breaks in. It’s clear she’s responsible and truly cares. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Rachel is so great! Rachel flagged the home being too warm and asked if we wanted to turn on the AC etc to make sure cats are OK. We were so grateful that Rachel brought this up and helped set up AC because our home wasn't well prepared for the heat wave when we left home. In addition, we have a shy cat who usually hides when people come. But this time, he proactively asks for attention from Rachel and had a lot of fun with her, which is so nice to see!!! Both of my cats made a mess with litters and Rachel helped clean up everything. We would highly recommend her to everyone!

Paula was so understanding and professional when there were issues with building entry. She was respectful of my space and of course kind and efficient to my cats needs. She has a very calm energy which was perfect for my shy cat. Would definitely recommend her!

Hailey was absolutely wonderful with taking care of our cats (and our home) for 2 weeks. She was consistent with her timings, and shared regular updates with us while helping debug any issues that came up. We returned to very happy, healthy and nourished cats. Couldn't be happier!

I was so sad to leave my cat alone for the first time in years, and I can’t express what a godsend Selina was to me and him— she made the whole thing stress-free and easy!! I looked forward to her sweet updates and adorable pictures every day!! She took amazing care of him, and it was such a relief knowing he had a buddy checking in on him while I was gone.
